Photo Services Vietnam (PSVN) (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates https://ps-vn.com/ and provides B2B real estate photo editing, video editing, virtual staging, day-to-dusk twilight conversion, floor plan redraws, and 360° panorama stitching for photography studios, media agencies, and real estate professionals across the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Europe.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, store, and protect your personal data and property media files when you submit a Free Trial request, place an order, or communicate with our production team.

2. Information We Collect

  • Business Contact Details: Your name, studio or company name, business email address, phone/WhatsApp number, country/time zone, and preferred editing style instructions submitted via our Contact or Start Free Trial forms.
  • Property Media & RAW Files: Unedited RAW brackets (CR2, CR3, NEF, ARW, DNG), video footage, Matterport/CubiCasa scans, and reference assets shared via Dropbox, Google Drive, WeTransfer, or private FTP.
  • Billing & Invoicing Records: Transaction references and billing addresses processed securely through PayPal, OnePay, or international bank wire (PSVN never stores raw credit card numbers on our servers).
  • Technical & Analytics Data: IP address, browser type, device metrics, and cookie identifiers used for website security (Wordfence), performance caching, and campaign measurement (Google Analytics & Meta Pixel).

3. Strict Confidentiality of Client Property Media (NDA Commitment)

We understand that real estate photographers and media agencies require strict copyright and listing privacy:

  • Zero Unauthorized Publishing: Your RAW and edited property photos, videos, and floor plans are never published, sold, licensed, or shared with any third party without your explicit written consent.
  • Dedicated Production Access: Client files are accessed strictly by your assigned editing team and 2-layer Quality Control (QC) inspectors across our secure production offices in Hanoi, Tuyen Quang, and Lang Son.
  • Automated Retention & Deletion: Production working files are retained temporarily to support free revisions and quality guarantees, and are permanently purged upon client request or according to your studio’s NDA retention schedule.

4. How We Use Your Information

  • Delivering edited photos, videos, virtual staging, and floor plans within our 12–24 hour overnight SLA.
  • Maintaining your custom Studio Style Profile (window pull preferences, color temperature, grass/sky templates) for consistent daily output.
  • Sending order status updates, delivery links, and consolidated weekly or monthly B2B invoices.
  • Improving website speed, security, and ad relevance across US, AU, UK, and CA markets.

5. International Rights (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA & Australian Privacy Act)

Regardless of whether your studio is based in the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, or the European Union, you have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal data and style profile records we hold about your account.
  • Request immediate correction or permanent deletion (“Right to Erasure”) of your contact details and archived RAW/edited project folders.
  • Opt out of marketing communications or advertising cookies at any time.
  • Execute a custom B2B Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for enterprise or high-volume studio accounts.
