What’s the Order List email?

This is a tool to notify you about the status of your orders that are currently being processed in PSVN’s production department.

Will this email notify me about the status of all the orders I send?

This tool will notify you about jobs that are currently being executed. Completed jobs will not be included in the notifications to minimize unnecessary information.

Why do I need this tool?

This tool helps confirm that the jobs you send us have been received and are being processed.

In case of missing jobs, if you notice any missing orders, you can inquire about them. Missing orders could be due to you/your staff forgetting to send them, or it’s possible that we received them but they went missing during the production input process.

Can I increase or decrease the frequency of receiving emails?

Absolutely. Currently, the default setting is to send notifications every 2 hours. You can request to increase or decrease this interval to suit your needs.

Can I request to add or remove information in the email?

We apologize, but there are some limitations in changing the email content as it is related to the existing structure of the job list table. For now we can only custome your receipient email, interval time. However, we are starting a plan to upgrade the system to allow for more flexible customization.

Give me a brief idea about your new system?

We are building a web application where you can log in, create orders, and directly view your orders for the day/week/month/custom time range.

We are also considering creating a smartphone app so you can easily manage things on your phone while you are on the go.

However, this is a long-term plan, and we are working with the web app provider on the first version. It is expected to take 6 months to 1 year to have a demo version ready. We will do our best to get the system up and running as soon as possible.
