to production@ps-vn.com

Problems

Our production email jobs@ps-vn.com received an alert from Google

Reason

This email was accessed by multiple users at the same time from different locations / ip addresses so Google suspects and counts as abnormal usage of this account and give alert

Our production team around 10 staff using this email so that might be the reason

What Google says

We talked to the google support team

They said that currently there is no problem with jobs@ps-vn.com

They can only looks for the problem if it’s occurring

Now the email is active so they can do nothing

Solution

We take action to deal with potential suspension of jobs@ps-vn.com as alerted which can cause a big delay / break for our business

We go for a safe solution that changing to a group mail

production@ps-vn.com is a group mail which auto forward to all incoming emails to all of it’s members

members are

• jobs@ps-vn.com (currently active but not sure if it’s disabled / suspended at any time)
• pa@ps-vn.com
• cso@ps-vn.com

So you will send daily jobs to production@ps-vn.com

But you can still receive email back from 1 of those member emails
