2D 3D Service closed for Retreat

Dear valued customers,

Please be advised that our 2D, 3D Services will be closed for the Retreat from 1:00 AM Saturday, July 5th, 2025 (ICT Time), for a three-day period.

Services that will be closed:

• Floor plans
• Virtual furniture

Services that will remain open:

• Photo editing
• Day to Dusk
• Video editing
• Decluttering

Order Delivery Schedule for 2D, 3D 
All times are in Indochina Time (ICT), GMT+7.
– Closure time 1:00 AM Saturday, July 5th, 2025 (ICT Time)
– Return time: 08:00 AM Tuesday, July 8th, 2025
– Order Placement Cut-off: 5:00 PM, Friday, July 4th.
– Orders placed before the cut-off time will be delivered on Saturday morning.
– Orders placed after the cut-off time or abnormal huge orders will be delivered on Tuesday evening, following our return.

During this time, we will experience a temporary service disruption for 2D & 3D, and we appreciate your understanding and patience. We understand this may cause some inconvenience, particularly for customers with urgent needs. However, this retreat provides our teams (2D & 3D) with a valuable opportunity to rest and spend time with their families.
We hope that, with this advance notice, you can arrange your work conveniently.
